It's been a very busy month!

I have been incredibly busy this month. So far since my last entry I have been to two CPD (continuing professional development) Teachers Workshops, taught a one day workshop, taught lots of private lessons and been travelling to Italy, Germany and Poland, Bristol and the Midlands (the last two don't sound so exciting!) .

I've finally got a bit of breathing space to catch up on things so a chance to write my blog. The teachers workshop have been great, I've really enjoyed improving my teaching even after these few years! I have another one soon and I'm already looking forward to it...

The one day workshop was for the West Sussex County Council Adult Education. We spent time as a group discovering what the Alexander Technique was and how people could benefit from it. It was a diverse group of people asking lots of questions and getting involved. Very enjoyable!

The travelling was tiring and the weather wasn't great in any of the places to be honest. It rained and rained in Italy so I was glad I wasn't there for a holiday. Up until that day they said the weather had been really warm and hot - typical!

Have a good week, hopefully with things being calmer another entry will be just around the corner. If you want to get in touch just drop me an email at barbara@UnlockYourMindandBody.co.uk.
