Fun things

It's been a very busy week but some fun things have been happening.

On Sunday I went out for a run and I was playing about with these AT ideas and noticing my running improving. They key one that I was playing around with the idea of stopping tension to return to balance, the more I did this the better my running became. And I managed to run the longest I have since returning to running last month!
.
On Monday I was teaching a student who had come straight from work so he was wearing a shirt and tie. My students don't normally dress so smart. It was very amusing for both of us when I was working with him! (please note, i'm not saying you can't dress smart, it was just unusual!)

It has been very hectic at work too and I had a very important meeting yesterday which I have been preparing for. So while I have been very busy preparing, I have remained calm, focused and not gotten stressed out at all about it and the meeting went extremely well. I love these AT techniques!!

Last few spaces remaining on my one day workshop

I'm really looking forward to my one day workshop at the end of the month, places are filling fast and it promises to be a really fun day. Just fingers crossed now for it being a nice day (saying that it is inside so it isn't a problem if it rains!).

I've been really busy this week and last week putting out all my posters and flyers for the workshop and the response has been great. I've also just got my new printed leaflet holders so I've been busy putting my leaflets out too so keep an eye out for them when you're out and about!!

I was really surprised yesterday coming home at a later time than expected, it was already getting dark at 7.30 in the evening, at least we are still having some warm weather during the day. I don't notice it so much when I'm teaching in the evening just when I'm coming home.

Have a good week.

P.S. If you want to come the workshop, let me know asap, I don't want you to be disappointed. And don't forget it includes a free 1-1 lesson with me to be arranged after the workshop.
